วันศุกร์ที่ ๑๔ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๘ เวลา ๑๔.๐๐ น. กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม (วธ.) ร่วมกับมูลนิธิส่งเสริมการลูกเสือแห่งประเทศไทย และศูนย์การค้าซีคอนสแควร์ จัดโครงการ “ดอกไม้แห่งความดีถวายพระพันปีหลวง” ระหว่างวันที่ ๑๔ – ๒๓ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๘ ณ ศูนย์การค้าซีคอนสแควร์ ศรีนครินทร์ เพื่อน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถพระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ผู้ทรงเป็นแม่ของแผ่นดินและทรงอุทิศพระวรกายเพื่อประโยชน์สุขของปวงชนชาวไทย โดยนายประสพ เรียงเงิน ปลัดกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม มอบหมายให้นางยุถิกา อิศรางกูร ณ อยุธยา อธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรม เป็นประธานในพิธี และมี ดร. อาทร จันทวิมล ประธานมูลนิธิส่งเสริมการลูกเสือแห่งประเทศไทย กล่าวรายงานถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารศูนย์การค้าซีคอนสแควร์ และสื่อมวลชนเข้าร่วม

นางยุถิกา อิศรางกูร ณ อยุธยา อธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรม กล่าวว่า โครงการ “ดอกไม้แห่งความดี ถวายพระพันปีหลวง” เป็นกิจกรรมที่สะท้อนพลังแห่งความจงรักภักดีของพสกนิกรชาวไทยที่พร้อมใจทำความดีถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลแด่สมเด็จพระพันปีหลวง เป็นการแสดงออกในการผสานคุณค่าทางจิตใจ ศิลปวัฒนธรรม และจิตอาสาให้เป็นหนึ่งเดียว ที่สำคัญสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้คนไทยทุกคนร่วมกันสืบสานพระราชปณิธานแห่งความดีงามต่อไป

อธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรม กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า กิจกรรมนี้ยังถือเป็นการแสดงออกถึงความรัก ความสามัคคีและความภาคภูมิใจในความเป็นไทยอย่างแท้จริง สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของกระทรวงวัฒนธรรมในการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมแห่งความดี และสร้างสังคมคุณธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน

“ขอเชิญคนไทยทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศร่วมกิจกรรมถวายเป็นพระราชกุศล ประกอบด้วย (๑) ประดิษฐ์ดอกไม้ “ควีนสิริกิติ์” จำลองจากดอกไม้ในพระนามหลวง ได้แก่ กล้วยไม้แคทลียา ควีนสิริกิติ์ กุหลาบควีนสิริกิติ์ ดอนญ่า ควีนสิริกิติ์ และมหาพรหมราชินี โดยใช้วัสดุจากธรรมชาติและงานหัตถศิลป์ เช่น เปลือกข้าวโพด ไม้จันทน์หอมใบเตย กระดาษสา ผ้าไหม ทองแดง และทองคำ (๒) บำเพ็ญความดี อาทิ บริจาคอวัยวะ (หัวใจ ไต ดวงตา) ปลูกต้นไม้แห่งความดี สนับสนุนสินค้าศิลปาชีพ ให้บริการประชาชน หรือช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัย และ (๓) ร่วมอบรมการประดิษฐ์ดอกไม้ “ควีนสิริกิติ์” ระหว่างวันที่ ๑๔ – ๒๓ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๘ เวลา ๑๐.๐๐ – ๒๐.๐๐ น. ณ ศูนย์การค้าซีคอนสแควร์ ศรีนครินทร์” นางยุถิกา อิศรางกูร ณ อยุธยา กล่าว

Ministry of Culture – Seacon Square – Thai Scouts Promotion Foundation create “Flowers of Virtue in Tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother”, honoring the boundless benevolence of the Mother of the Land.

Friday, 14th November 2025, at 2:00 p.m.(Thailand Standard Time, GMT+7), Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with Thai Scouts Promotion Foundation and Seacon Square shopping mall, organized the project “Flowers of Virtue in Tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother”. The event takes place from 14 – 23 November 2025 at Seacon Square Srinakarin (Bangkok) to commemorate the boundless benevolence of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother who is revered as the Mother of the Land for her lifelong dedication to the well-being and happiness of the Thai people. By assignment from Mr. Prasop Riang-ngern, Permanent Secretary for Culture, the Ministry of Culture, Mrs. Yuthika Isarangkura, Director-General of the Department of Cultural Promotion, presided over the opening ceremony. Dr. Artorn Chandavimol, Chairman of the Thai Scouts Promotion Foundation, delivered a report outlining the project’s objectives. The ceremony was also attended by executives from Seacon Square and members of the media.

Mrs. Yuthika Isarangkura, Director-General of the Department of Cultural Promotion, stated that the “Flowers of Virtue in Tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother” project reflects the profound loyalty and devotion of the Thai people, who unite in performing good deeds as a tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother. The initiative embodies the harmonious integration of spiritual values, art and culture, and volunteer spirit into one. Most importantly, it serves as an inspiration for all Thais to carry on Her Majesty’s gracious legacy of virtue and goodness for generations to come.

The Director-General of the Department of Cultural Promotion added that this event also serves as a true expression of love, unity, and pride in Thai identity. It aligns with the Ministry of Culture’s policies to promote a culture of virtue and foster a sustainable moral society.

“I would like to invite Thai people both in Thailand and abroad to participate in activities dedicated as a royal merit to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother, which include: (1) Creating “Queen Sirikit” flowers – replicas of flowers named in Her Majesty’s honor, namely Cattleya “Queen Sirikit”, Queen Sirikit rose, Dona “Queen Sirikit”, and Mahaprom Rachini (Mitrephora sirikitiae Weerasooriya) – crafted from natural and artisanal materials including corn husks, sandalwood, pandan leaves, mulberry paper, silk, copper, and gold. (2) Performing good deeds, such as organ donation (heart, kidneys, eyes), planting “Trees of Virtue”, supporting arts and crafts products under the Royal Initiative, providing public services, or assisting disaster victims. (3) Joining flower-making workshops for the “Queen Sirikit” flowers, held from 14 – 23 November 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Thailand Standard Time, GMT+7) at Seacon Square Srinakarin (Bangkok). “These activities are open to everyone wishing to express gratitude and loyalty through good deeds and creativity”, Mrs. Yuthika said.
